Meat and beverages provided. Please bring a dish to share. Tickets will be on sale at the “Welcome Center” in the lobby after each service, beginning Saturday, May 12, 2012.

Alpha Chi Fishing Trip

Group will meet at the North Port WalMart parking lot at 6:20am. We will depart for Sarasota at 6:30am.

Fishing Trip fare is $55 per person and includes…

Rod and reel, bait, fishing license; the Captain and Crew on hand to help
you; and your fish will be kept on ice during the trip!

A man’s responsibilities can take up almost every waking moment. Balancing the demands of a career and oftentimes a family can leave even the strongest man feeling washed out and overwhelmed. But all work and no play can be damaging and counterproductive. Even the busiest man needs to set aside a little time for fun – time to laugh and shrug off your worries, time to relax your muscles and loosen your nerves, time to recover your balance and regain your perspective.

Look for the fun in life.
Resolve to include fun in your daily routines.
Carefully reflect before taking on new responsibilities.
Try to be more spontaneous.
Recognize that God wants you to live a balanced life.
Thank God for your ability to enjoy life.
Encourage your friends to take time away from the daily grind to have some fun!
